Personalized materials are prepared after activation and delivered by email or through the private member area according to your tier.
Sanctuary Insiders receive one personalized digital design each membership year. After activation, submit one clear pet photo, the pet’s name, the occasion, and a short message through the member request form. We create one shareable digital card and email the finished file. It is digital only; printing and shipping are not included.

Clinical benefits initially mean education, priority access, and advance scheduling—not free medical treatment. Membership does not include free veterinary care, grooming, boarding, physical merchandise, shipping, unlimited consultations, or guaranteed emergency assistance. Future clinical, grooming, boarding, pet-shop, and other facility-dependent services will be offered only when properly available, staffed, and licensed. Preferred pricing may apply only to eligible Gato Rei-produced digital offerings or future services specifically identified at that time.
